Visual Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in visual design and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging and aesthetically appealing designs for digital media, branding, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for websites, mobile apps, social media, marketing materials, and branding elements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure designs are user-centered and meet project requirements.
• Develop design concepts and iterate on them based on feedback, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall vision.
• Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and illustrations that communicate the intended message and appeal to the target audience.
• Work on the visual elements of digital marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, and social media graphics.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the design process.
• Ensure consistency across all design platforms and maintain brand integrity throughout.
• Prepare design files for production and work with developers and other teams to implement designs efficiently.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience with creating designs for both digital and print media.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take feedback constructively.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
