Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to help the company grow.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in target markets.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to meet growth objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Support senior business development staff in negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
- Help prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
- Follow up with leads and clients to maintain ongoing communication and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and track key performance metrics.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and connect with potential clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
