Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Negotiate and close deals, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus.

Timings:
