Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Expert to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve targeted ROI, conversions, and sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet objectives.
- Work closely with creative, content, and data teams to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and new tools to continuously improve performance marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer journeys and segmentation to optimize audience targeting and customer acquisition.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly to meet performance goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in paid search, social media ads, and display campaigns.
- Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others for tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present campaign results and insights clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams.
- Highly analytical, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
